Located in Boucé, the Foie Gras Normand farm has specialized in duck breeding since 1994. Owners Hubert, Françoise and Jennifer HEBERT offer a wide range of duck products, including foie gras, rillettes, pâtés, cassoulet and confit. Products are sold at local markets or by mail order/delivery. It is also possible to visit the farm by appointment and buy products directly on site. The farm has a small sales outlet for visitors. A food truck service is also available for special events. For those wishing to extend their stay at the farm, a self-catering cottage is available, offering fully-equipped self-catering accommodation.
