The Marienmünster church (or basilica) in Diessen is a historic Benedictine abbey church. The church dates back to the 13th century and is an impressive example of late Gothic architecture. It boasts a facade adorned with detailed carvings, numerous colorful stained-glass windows and a succession of remarkable vaults. The church is also home to a famous Baroque organ, often used for concerts. Regular services are still held here.
