This unmissable house, founded by Antonio Alves Cálem in 1859, opens the doors of its historic cellars for an instructive visit, which explains all the secrets of Port wine making followed by a multimedia tour. The tour remains much the same as in other wine houses, but wine lovers will not complain. The schedules of the visits in French are available at the reception. Of course, tasting of red and white port at the end of the visit. The ruby port is fantastic. What will be your favorite?

L'une des plus grande caves de Porto en terme de production. Le multimédia est très bien fait avant d'entamer la visite guide guidée en français des chais et pour finir une dégustation de qualité de 3 Portos.

Une cave portugaise, au départ!
Belle visite guidée en français. visite des chais et dégustation: 3 portos 15e. Une petite chose à grignoter entre les différents serait bienvenue!

super visite pour découvrir la fabrication du porto mais aussi l'histoire du porto. les enfants ont aussi adoré la première partie, très ludique en attendant la visite. ne pas oublier de réserver une visite en français...

Cave bien située et facile d accès. Visite en français de 30min, notre guide Cilia était très sympa et s exprimait bien, elle nous maîtrise son sujet et nous a raconté plusieurs anecdotes intéressantes (inondations de la cave...). Visite précédée par un petit musée très instructif et bien conçu. Le tout est intéressant, mais très « multimédia, explications virtuelles.... » ce qui enlève un peu de charme ala visite. Dégustation finale de porto très bonne.
