This is the largest winery in the historic center of Vila Nova de Gaia, with 6,518 barrels of port aged under its enormous roofs. It is also one of the few wineries with its own team of coopers. Its ports, aged in oak barrels and foudres, are regularly monitored and tasted by a highly qualified team of oenologists and tasters, until they reach the ideal peak of ripeness. The aim is to achieve the perfect balance for which this Port wine is renowned. You'll be impressed by the sheer size of the place - a unique visit.
