A 45 minutos andando del centro y muy bien ubicado con el metro. El colchón es muy incómodo y el secador de pelo del lavabo es un desastre y bastante inútil. El servicio y trato al cliente es excelente. En la recepción hay una zona donde puedes coger manzanas y galletas gratis y es de agradecer. Hotel tranquilo y con zonas comunes!!

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a unos 15 minutos tienes el centro de Oporto, y sino, está la estación de metro justo en frente, con paradas de bus al lado también. En el barrio en el que está hay de todo, y sobretodo hay un Corte Inglés justo al lado, con restaurantes, supermercado, etc. Las habitaciones están muy bien, y el hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario. El personal fue muy amable y atento, sin duda volveríamos!

Gut ausgestattetes, einfaches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber leider etwas Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Aussicht ist nicht toll, aber die Lage ist sehr gut. Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung und die Metro nach Porto hält direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks sind gut. Tiefgarage ist nicht direkt unterm Hotel, sondern ein paar Häuser weiter.

Buena situación y atención, limpió y a 20 minutos del puente de Don luis I ,el metro tiene una estación muy cerca. Tiene aparcamiento (cobran a parte el parking) .buen desayuno,completo y abundante.

Muy bien situado para coger metro pero la almohada de la cama es malísima y la cama me entraban dolores en la espalda al levantarme por lo demás…. Bieeen

Hemos quedado muy contentos con el servicio del hotel. Habitación limpia, camas cómodas, el desayuno muy completo, el personal de recepción de 10!! La ubicación si usas transporte público sin problema.

Auf meinem Caminho habe ich mir hier 2 Nächte gegönnt. War im Zimmer 904 im neunten Stockwerk mit Blick auf das Kaufhaus „El Corte Ingles“ und im Hintergrund Porto. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß aber topsauber und mit einer funktionierenden Heizung ausgestattet. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück, welches sehr reichhaltig war, inklusive frischem Obst, Müsli usw. hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, die direkt am Hotel befindliche Metrostation ermöglicht das schnelle Erreichen der Innenstadt von Porto. Hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

A star for cleanliness and a star for being next to the metro (it otherwise is about a half hour walk to the downtown area).

The WiFi didn't work, the breakfast was lacking (no warm food, just cold cuts and pastries), and the part that guaranteed I would stay somewhere else next time is one of the staff working at the restaurant was extremely rude to my mom and me. She kept following us around the breakfast buffet, shoving us aside to arrange the plates, and she yelled at my mom when she didn't use the oven properly--it's fine to let us know we didn't follow directions, but there is no need to yell at a customer like that. We will not be back.

The hotel is located in Gaia, within a few minutes metro ride to the main attractions. The room was surprisingly spacious, and had all needed amenities. The staff was nice and friendly, all ambiences very clean and new. We didn’t book the breakfast but decided to have it anyway, many fresh options, I only missed some scrambled egg (but the had boiled eggs as option). We enjoyed the experience and would happily stay there again.

Vou regularmente ao Porto e tenho ficado no Clip Hotel de Gaia. Este fim de semana10/11 Fevereiro 2024, fiquei neste hotel mais uma vez e só tenho a dizer: Muito bom. Boa localização, metro à porta, sossegado, boa limpeza, bom serviço. Obrigado a todo o staff do hotel. Em breve aí estarei. Recomendo.

No tenemos motivo algún de queja de la habitación que nos fue atribuida. Muy limpia, en muy buen estado de conservación y muy bien equipada. Para poner alguna pega, solo decir que podría tener más enchufes. El personal muy cordial y profesional. Tendremos que volver a menudo y espero poder volver a decir lo mismo.

Excelente localização, estacionamento pago, quartos relativamente pequenos, água do chuveiro para o chão do wc no quarto 604. Vaistas muito boas, climatização média.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé au niveau de la vieille ville pour découvrir Porto dans son intégralité le personnel est accueillant et professionnel aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au service de petit déjeuner ainsi que pour les chambres je recommande très fortement cet hôtel pour tous les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir Porto vous serez en plus à moins de 2 minutes d'une station de métro qui vous emmènera où vous le souhaitez je vous souhaite par avance un très bon séjour et merci au personnel de l'hôtel

El mantenimiento de este hotel es bastante deficiente, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, muchos roces por las paredes y los muebles, la puerta no abría bien y lo peor de todo es que tuvimos una plaga de hormigas a finales de Diciembre, que no es la época Un día nos levantamos con hormigas en la cama, las toallas, los muebles, las paredes, es cierto que lo comunicamos y enseguida nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación. El desayuno bastante justito Lo único bueno de este hotel es la situación y el personal que es bastante atento

hotel tres sympa, bien situé, en face d'un arret de tram, a vilanova de gaia, a 15 mn a pied de la gare san bento qui dessert tous les bus, chambres confortables mais simple, personnel tres sympathique et arrangeant, pt dejeuner copieux et varié

Nous avons eu des prix très avantageux en last minute ce qui fait que nous avons pu profiter de la qualité de cet hôtel à des prix défiant toute concurrences.
Hôtel très propre et calme, personnel très agréable et discret.
Le petit + : un salon a l'entrée ac fruits, thé et jus à disposition gratuitement à toute heure du jour et de la nuit !
