Hotel super top. Francisco y su compañera en recepción nos dio todas las indicaciones para disfrutar de oporto. Preocupado y amable. La acogida por su parte es muy buena. Te explican el concepto del hotel y te ayudan y acompañan en todo momento. La cama es una de las más cómodas en las que he dormido. El baño super bien equipado y una ducha super cómoda. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad y una muy buena calidad. Muchas opciones para celiacos (gluten-free). Por último la ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad entre la zona del puente y el centro. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Fernando el gerente del hotel se preocupa por la estancia de los huéspedes.

Hotel ideal en el centro de Oporto.
Muy atentos con las intolerancias alimenticias en cocina, concretamente, cuentan con varias opciones sin gluten.

My mother and I stayed in this beautiful hotel in oporto. I can't express how thankful I am for the service and experience Icon Duplo provided. Since the beginning, service was top notch. Francisco, in reception was extremely helpful with our arrival. He helped us with storaging our baggages when we arrived early and called when our room was ready. He answered all our questions and was extremely patient. From beginning to our end of stay, he was always helping us. On our first day, we received some delicious natas and fresh water as our welcoming package. The buffet for breakfast was delicious. Kitchen staff were always working diligently preparing the food and helped server the buffet. They always received us with a good morning and a smile. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food available such as sweet breads, eggs, bacon, fruits, and other delicious options. The location was also amazing. It was close to many delicious restaurants and the river. Cleaning staff were also so helpful. They always left our room nice, clean, and restocked. On March 8th, women's international day, we received a small bag of delicious violet candy on our bed. I absolutely loved this gesture from the hotel. The hotel's asthetic was amazing and was very comfortable and welcoming. Something that my mother loved was the nice scent from the hotel. We loved this scent and wished we could bring it back with us. In all ascpects, Icon Duplo tailors to the travelers needs.I absolutely adore this hotel and cherish the great memories we gained from this establishment. Thank you Icon Duplo and amazing staff!

Great location. The staff were very friendly and gave us a few insider tips for the area. Cesar at the front desk was very helpful during our trip. Breakfast was very good and abundant. We would stay there again but get a bigger room.

We had an incredible 3 night stay at the Icon with our infant. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating to him. The breakfast was a full spread and very well done. The room was impeccably clean and decor was very stylish. We would stay again if ever in Porto in the future! Obrigada

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé dans le centre historique de Porto. Le personnel est au petit soin, le petit déjeuné est varié, la chambre très propre et spacieuse, seul bémol, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain.

Hotel molto comodo in posizione perfetta per visitare tutta la città.
Struttura molto ben pulita e curata con stile, camera spaziosa e silenziosa, letto rigido anche se non troppo comodo. Bagno molto bello, peccato per lo sgradevole odore preveniente dagli scarichi.

Well located in the center of Porto, ICON Duplo Ribeira is within a 2-minute walk of Ribeira Square and 400 yards of Palacio da Bolsa. A beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff. The location is ideal for quick access to historical tours.

Sem dúvida a repetir, além de ser um hotel lindo com um excelente pequeno almoço e um conforto de camas que nos faz dormir como bebés, tem uma equipa incrível que nos brinda constantemente com sorrisos e que nos fazem sentir que somos importantes. Desde a recepção até a limpeza dos quartos tudo foi perfeito. Sem dúvida, acrescentam um brilho extra a experiência que é conhecer o Porto. Sem dúvida a minha nova casa sempre que for ao Porto. Gostei bastante do Hotel, quarto simples mas moderno, limpo e bonito. Todo o staff foi extremamente simpático, o que tornou a experiência muito agradável. Excelente qualidade/preço. Uma experiência a repetir.
