A bit far from touristy things. Yet light rail is a ten minute walk away. Excellent cappuccino in the morning breakfast amidst many other tasty options. Very comfortable corner suite with a view. The executive lounge staff very friendly and the exceeding snacks worth eating.

Excelente y agradecido en todo momento desde el momento de la Recepción con Guillermo, su recomendaciones y asesorías sobre la ciudad al igual que la Chica de recepción (Lunes 5 por la noche) que me atendió para sugerencias sobre restaurantes, los botones muy gentiles y educados, El desayuno muy rico, muy tranquilo, y las chicas muy simpáticas, La habitación muy agradable. De verdad me regreso a Madrid muy a gusto con el equipo de Sheraton y recomendándolos al 100%

Sehr schönes, elegantes Hotel. Angenehmer Service, außerordentlich nettes Hauspersonal. Tolles, großes Zimmer mit einem guten Bett, vielleicht eine etwas zu harte Matratze, aber generell alles ok. Der Spa ist mega, man bekommt eine Badehose für 17 EUR, das Baden kostet 21 EUR, dafür bekommt man einen Locker, darin ist ein Bademantel, Schlappen und Handtücher enthalten. Die Wassertemperatur des Pools ist mit 28-30 Grad doch sehr angenehm und wer es noch wärmer mag, steigt in den Whirlpool oder geht in die angrenzende Sauna. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Parken kann man problemlos in der Tiefgarage. Komme wieder.

um luxo pra hóspedes e convidados! eventos privados sempre cheios de glamour e requinte, condições de trabalho um pouco ultrapassadas, principalmente quando se tenta e quer e pode se fazer eventos de dimensao exagerada pra a realidade do espaço! a rua de acesso a cargas e descargas sendo so de um sentido dificulta a manobra de quem quer fazer o serviço sem incomodar o transito que por si só ja não é fluido

這間飯店標榜水療飯店，已經知道附近有工程進行有黃泥水的狀況，卻入住前事先都沒先知會旅客讓我們能決定是否依然要住這，check in 時櫃檯也沒有說明，直到我們要洗澡了才發現。
向櫃檯反映後，他們以沒有空房為由拒絕我們換房，要我們將水開啟一段時間讓水變乾淨，但沒有效用，最終我們直接以電話反映至萬豪總部，他們才換給我們一間管路沒被影響的空房給我們
這家旅館對客戶的應對及服務非常糟糕
1.房間有狀況卻沒事先通知讓旅客另作安排
2.明明有空房卻以無房間搪塞
對萬豪集團管理及服務越來越失望，非常不推薦這間旅館
