tolle Aussicht ABER
Wir waren nur im Café, das sehr nett eingerichtet ist, Bedienung auch nett (noch netter wenn man Hotelgast ist sonst ist man 2.klasse)
ABER:
—in der Karte war ein Preis angegeben, auf der Rechnung war’s dann ein Stück teurer und es kam servicegebühr dazu.
— aufs klogehen ist eher nur für Hotelgäste gedacht, auf Nachfrage wird man etwas angeranzt, nur für Hotelgäste- eins steht dann zur Verfügung, lange Schlange
— als camino Pilger gibt es einen Stempel nur für Hotelgäste oder für 2€

We stayed here four nights...but boy what a s***show it has been. The junior suite we were in had sewage smell in it..when we complained it became clear the staff already knew about it. They moved us to a diff room but then wanted to charge us a higher price, which we reluctantly agreed to. The next night they told us that the new room was no longer available and that they would move us to an even better room. But put us in the cheapest and smallest room of the hotel, even as we paid for junior suit. When we complained they stopped resupplying our room with fresh toiletries and water etc. One of the managers, I can't remember her name, thinks the guests are stupid and can't tell the difference between a cheap room and a better room. What a scam this place is. We will never stay here again or any of their properties. Given our sewage smell experience for the first night, we are going to get health check as soon as we get home. Our 12yr old has been sick since we got here.

El trato en la cafetería ha sido muy muy malo. Lento, mal educado y caro. No os lo recomendamos.

Nos paramos a tomar un café en la terraza y tardaron muchísimo en salir a atendernos. Le pedimos un café con leche y me dice que si cortado, le digo que no y me trae un cortado que con la espuma que venía… la tacita se quedó en la mitad… no me llego ni a la garganta. Además de todo eso… 3,30€. Evitar venir aquí.

Nous sommes passés boire un apéritif en terrasse. Le cadre est sympa et les prix sont raisonnables. Serveurs sympas !

Amazing! Just book! The location and staff are next to none we have never experienced service like it. The restaurant RIB and hotel bar are also amazing ❤️ we honestly cannot wait to come back and bring friends

Bit of an odd bar. Says 5 Star and you have to ask for a key for the single Toilet.

El hotel es precioso, pero falla la calidad de las comidas. Hasta el desayuno, que suele ser casi igual en todos los hoteles, es mejorable.

Hotel 5☆, quartos bonitos, luz natural.

Restaurante Rib's bonito, tem qualidade, Garrafeira única que promove o que é nosso português.

Bar incrível, bonito e excelente chefe de bar.

Diretor Rodrigo Bassinelli, Mónica Dias, Ricardo Ferraz e restantes supervisores tudo super simpáticos, divertidos e acima de tudo da profissionais da área.
