This is the place to go for cuisine based on traditional products: cod, oysters, homemade linguine...

In the Ribeira district, it's not easy to choose between the many restaurants facing the river, with their views over the D. Luís I bridge and Vila Nova Gaia. Luís I bridge and Vila Nova de Gaia. Terra Nova is a cute, intimate restaurant, perfect for enjoying traditional cuisine with a twist. Cod and oysters are the stars of the house. Don't miss the cod à bràs, made in an original shape, and the homemade linguine with cod, a dinguery, all washed down with a wide selection of local wines. The waiters are adorable!
