Here the dishes of the traditional Portuguese regional cooking are with the honor. Impeccable service, a very good address.

This establishment, with its hand-painted ^17th-century azulejos, opened in 1931 to coincide with the Colonial Exhibition. The interior is in the style of the old manor houses of northern Portugal, where the décor contributes to creating a welcoming, intimate and comfortable atmosphere in the image of ^18th-century residences. Here, traditional Portuguese regional dishes take pride of place: Bacalhau à Escondidinho, grilled sea bass, lobster au gratin and a wide variety of "cataplanas". Impeccable service, a good address.

Très beau cadre traditionnel portugais, poutres en bois sombre, azuléjos et lustres en ferronnerie. Nous avons dégusté une cataplana de poissons délicieuse et très bien servie. Un lieu à découvrir.
