What if you let your body fly away during a yoga session? This is the concept of the Studio Fly, which offers participants the opportunity to try or improve their aerial yoga. It's up to you to settle into the suspended hammock which will make you discover new sensations as you do the figures. The teachers are there to put you at ease and accompany you in the practice, according to the level. Some sessions are relaxation oriented while others are a bit more challenging. In any case, in 50 minutes of practice, your mind will also fly.

This yoga studio offers you the opportunity to practice yoga with a certified teacher. There are three types of yoga to choose from, each of which is tailored to the individual's limits: Power Vinyasa Yoga, a perfect balance between physical effort and introspection; Ashtanga Yoga, slow, fixed postures that are easy to remember. A session of Ashtanga Yoga often begins with sun salutations and ends in the lotus position, the position of the Buddha when one imagines it; Vinyasa Yoga, fluidity, dynamism and creation are the key words.
