A 5.6 km trail offering an ideal route to enjoy the view of billionaires' homes.
This 5.6-kilometre trail was built along the cliff overlooking the southeastern Newport Peninsula. It takes 2.5 hours and 30 minutes to walk the entire trail and enjoy the view of the homes of billionaires. You will pass through private properties, whose gates close at nightfall. The departure and arrival points are served by the RIPTA trolley. You can also choose to travel only part of the way. The most famous section starts at the 40 steps at the foot of The Breakers residence and goes up to Ruggles Avenue.
