LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE MUSEUM

For the past 150 years, Winnipesaukee Lake has been the resort of the region's @. The museum explores the daily habits of holidaymakers and the history of development in the region. The museum building itself is historic, since it is a former holiday residence built in the th century and then refurbished several times during the th century. The historic society of Winnipesaukee Lake acquired the whole in 1999 to transform it into a museum.
