Charming beach with a pleasant supervised swimming area in Gloucester.

Half Moon Beach takes its name from its crescent moon shape, which makes it charming. Opposite Gloucester Harbour, sheltered in Stage Fort Park, it is a small but pleasant beach with a pleasant swimming area. In the summer, swimming is supervised. Half Moon Beach also has the advantage that it has been adapted for the handicapped. After swimming, when it's hot, it's nice to take refuge in the shade of the trees, in the park where the beach is located, and have a picnic. You can get there on foot from the centre, it takes about 20 minutes.
