A resin cow seems to be mooing on an old rusty 1950's pick-up truck, the wooden shack (an old barn or stable) with crimson red facades and a zinc roof stands proudly in the middle of the huge parking lot, the high sign with letters erased by time sways in the wind. The scene is set. Local farmers, ranchers, friends and neighbors regularly gather for lunch in this restaurant straight out of the past. The pies are homemade and the pizzas are excellent.

Très agréable pause déjeuner chez Hickory à Vega. J'ai beaucoup apprécié leur pizza. Tellement goûteuse.
