Soline, on the eastern tip of Lake Veliko Jezero, is a pleasant place to stay, after Pristanište, 3 km away. It is a quiet fishing village at the gateway to the national park. The Sršen family rents 6 apartments (2 to 3 persons) overlooking the salt lake and the sea. They also run the tavern, which is the ideal place to rest after a hike or a bike tour of the island! The tables are installed right next to the water, so much so that you can even moor your boat in front of the restaurant. The menu includes grilled fish and other typical Dalmatian dishes.
