A seafront garden dating back to the late century, the time of the Venetian Count Felice Mayneri, who "invested in green".
This fragrant, relaxing garden facing the sea was commissioned at the end of the 15th century by the Venetian Count Felice Mayneri, who preferred to invest in green rather than stone! The garden surrounds a villa lined with avenues of eucalyptus, cedar, lavender and other exotic species, totalling some 13,000m2. The villa has been converted into a boutique hotel, but the garden is open to the public. In 2023, the city of Dubrovnik has embarked on a project to renovate the garden.

jardin qui devait être d'une certaine splendeur à l'éqpoque mais maintenant un peu défraichi et peu entretenu. Sinon parenthèse calme et romantique à l'ombre des arbres
The best at Lopud and around
