Museum retracing the history of Fernand Léger, painter, ceramist, and sculptor, which also has spaces dedicated to André Mare.
Located in the painter's childhood home, the museum features a rich collection of 350 works by Fernand Léger (drawings, lithographs, illustrated books, objets d'art). The garden has been faithfully recreated from his painting Le Jardin de ma mère. Inside, the exhibition spaces highlight the career of painter André Mare, his Argentan-born childhood companion. As well as an ode to the pioneering arts, this is a shared destiny to discover.

Un petit musée passionnant.
La muséographie est superbe et très didactique. Mention spéciale : tout est traduit en anglais. Beaucoup de petites activités pour les enfants. Tout est vraiment très bien fait.
La visite est fluide et pas trop longue. Si vous avez entendu parler de Fernand Léger allez découvrir son acolyte André Mare !! Très très intéressant.
Pour finir : accueil vraiment sympathique.
