La Mancolona, also known as Unión 20 de junio, is a small tzetzal community (originally from Chiapas) that opens its doors to the rainforest in an excellent state of preservation: walks on trails with local guides who will help you observe birds and monkeys, discovery of emblematic plants and trees (pepper tree), workshops to make handicrafts and Chiapanec cooking to top it all off. Possibility of camping on site. It is also suggested to book in advance at the Centro de Información Turística.
