A restaurant whose name is well chosen: l’Evidence is indeed, in the heart of Orléans’ prefectural city (and easy to find with its large storefront), the dedicated restaurant for excellent lunches and dinners. The emphasis here is on creative cuisine, using only the finest ingredients, with menus that will surprise you whether you come for lunch or dinner. On the day of our visit, the roast cod with Chinese cabbage and bacon was unanimously appreciated. We’ll be glad to come back, but don’t forget to make a reservation, especially at weekends.
