A freshwater pool lined with 6 m-high waterfalls, one of the natural and geological wonders of the Serra do Cipo.
Among the natural and geological wonders of the Serra do Cipo, the Poço Azul is in good place. You will easily recognize the Poço Azul (blue well), which, as its name indicates, consists of a pool of fresh water, bordered by waterfalls rising to 6 m high. You can of course cool off in the pool (be careful not to contaminate the water with sunscreen). The route also includes the Fervedouro, a translucent water source with a white sandy bottom, which, according to local stories, produces a unique sound when rubbed between your hands.
