It is said to be the most beautiful balcony in Europe! The Corniche Path offers a splendid view of the citadel, the Neumünster Abbey and the entire lower town of Grund. The walk starts from the plateau of the Holy Spirit and extends along the ramparts to the rocky promontory of the Bock, where Count Sigefroi had a castle built in 963, at the heart of the future fortress of Luxembourg. The old fortifications, dismantled after the Treaty of London (1867), offer a unique view of the Alzette and Petrusse valleys.

quel bonheur cette petite balade sur le chemin de la corniche. La vue est splendide, la promenade est romantique, on a passé un bon moment en amoureux. Ce n'est pas de tout repos, ça monte parfois très fort, mais cela en vaut la peine! Une belle découverte
