The capital's trendy new hotspot, where you can indulge in bubbles, oysters or caviar for special occasions.

As you may have gathered from the name, Flûte Alors! is a champagne bar. Created by the managers of Vinetoca and Craft et Compagnie, this new address on the Grand-Rue serves nearly 200 references of bubbles. The bistronomy-style menu features oysters from Maison Laugier, Kasnodar caviar from Madagascar, octopus carpaccio and Serrano ham. In the evening, a menu signed by chef Carole Lesquer is offered. A fine selection of desserts completes the menu. Enjoy all this in chic, modern surroundings, or on the terrace.
