BO ZAI FAN

A discreet, almost secret address... In the Limpertsberg district, Bo Zai Fan offers typical Hong Kong street food. Here, dim sums and other steamed bites are homemade and beautifully presented in bamboo baskets. The house specialty, of course, is Bo Zai Fan, rice cooked with meat in a clay pot. Four versions are available: chicken, spare ribs, beef and unagi. A cocktail is served with the dish. The owner has a second establishment, Wasabi, in Moutfort.
