Hotel-restaurant with terrace offering traditional home-made Mediterranean cuisine.

The restaurant of the hotel Le Provençal is divided into two parts: "Les Mûriers" honors traditional Mediterranean cuisine, homemade, and fish specialties (bouillabaisse, grilled fish, rock fish soup, linguine with lobsters and shellfish sauce, roasted calf sweetbreads with scampi ...) while the "Bistrot" offers brasserie-style cuisine with daily dishes, salads and delicacies. It is also a tea room and ice cream parlour, for a fresh break on the terrace facing the golf course of Saint-Tropez.

Après quelques années, nous sommes retournés dans notre restaurant préféré. Il a beaucoup changé, mais pour le mieux. L'ambiance est devenue magnifique. La nourriture est toujours aussi délicieuse !
