Hotel-restaurant with terrace offering traditional home-made Mediterranean cuisine.

The Le Provençal hotel restaurant is divided into two parts: Les Mûriers features traditional, home-cooked Mediterranean cuisine and fish specialties (bouillabaisse, grilled fish, lobster tank, rock fish soup, linguine with lobster and shellfish coulis, roasted veal sweetbreads with lobster...), while Le Bistrot offers brasserie-style cuisine with daily specials, salads and delicacies. It is also a tea room and ice cream parlour, for a refreshing break on the terrace overlooking the Saint-Tropez golf course.

Ate at the bistro with a family of four. The location is great, and the service was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing—several dishes were unappetizing enough that we left them unfinished. Geweldig gegeten, wij waren met zijn tweeën en hebben beiden een hoofdgerecht (vis assortiment op advies van de chef en risotto) gegeten, genoten van 2 flessen wijn en afgelosten met een kaasplankje en bananen split. Alles samen voor 160 euro. Gezien de omgeving, relatief gezien niet duur. Daarnaast is de bediening zeer snel en beleefd. Wij raden iedereen in de omgeving dit restaurant aan.

Cuisine délicieuse et de qualité, produit frais et très bien cuisiné, nos poissons excellents ainsi que nos entrées et dessert.
ambiance chaleureuse, rapport qualité-prix en fonction des produits frais dans votre assiette , cela se paye évidemment !
Nous étions deux et avons très bien mangé nous recommandons et reviendront certainement.
À faire sans hésitation.
