Natural site to discover

LAKE ОЗЕРО (НАРОЧЬ NARAČ)

Natural site to discover

For an overview of the beauty of this lake, visit the village of Passynki on the east coast between Narač and Miastra lakes. From the lookout next to an obelisk erected in memory of the supporters who died during the Second World War, an unforgettable panorama of Lake Narač opens. With its 41 km of coastline and a surface of 80 km 2, this lake is the largest in Belarus. Its coasts are flat, usually sand, and thus rich in beautiful beaches surrounded by wood. Here you can bathe about 100 days a year, the water is crystal clear and in July its temperature is on average 19 ° C. In the north-eastern part of the lake there is a small romantic island.
