The place is run by two enthusiasts who have only one desire: to share their taste for good things. The chef Nicolas likes to work with the best seasonal products, with tasty dishes made from fresh products, like these fish from the lake delivered the same day. Petit restaurant traditionnel. L'accueil et le service assurent ! Les petits plats dont on peut observer le personnel, sont très bons.

Excellents vins !
La carte des vins est impressionnante ! Les petits plats qui l'accompagnent sont fait maison, de la cuisine qui n'en met pas plein la vue, juste de bonnes saveurs en bouche !

Cuisine bistronomique
Je n'aime pas ce terme de cuisine bistronomique mais je l'utiliserai volontier pour ce restaurant. Cuisine (maison), on ne peut en douter, on voit l'équipe s'affairer derrière la verrière, bistronomique pour le coté chaleureux du service, le tout sans fioritures ni fausse mise en scène, c'est comme la cuisine, naturel. Bonne pioche !
