On the shores of Lake Geneva, Les Cygnes restaurant, founded in 1938 by Jules and Louisa, embodies the best of local tradition. Ludo, the son, catches fish from the lake and prepares them on site, while Yannick, his brother, cooks them with passion. You'll enjoy perch fillets in 9 different ways, Lake Geneva fish served whole and carved at the table, succulent beef fillet and sweetbreads with truffle jus... A fine selection of wines accompanies these refined dishes. A culinary experience not to be missed, between charm, lake and delights!

Closed from 30/11 to 14/02. Closed on Wednesday. Closed on Sunday evenings in the last two weeks of Nov and Feb. Vegetarian menus €34 to €52 (choice à la carte). Children's garden.

Our specialty : fish from Lake Leman since 1938 : the owner is a professional fisherman, the owner is in charge of the kitchen, and the daughter is in charge of the reception...
A little history...
"Les Cygnes", also called "Chez Jules" by the locals... (thanks to the grandparents Jules and Louisa, founders in 1938), 3 generations have succeeded one another, combining the profession of fisherman and the hotel business.

Here everything is possible, from the perch fillet to the arctic char, passing by the féra, the monkfish or the pike..

Seul bémol : on y était le soir et n'avons pas pu profiter du lieu, de la terrasse et de la vue sur le lac...nous serons obligés de revenir...avec plaisir !!
Your experience: Usually we were very satisfied with the meals and Staff. During our last meal at the end of September Manager of the tables had a very UNPLEASANT behaviour to us because we 'were enclaved' against the gateway to the veranda we had slightly moved the table, that did not rain with this LADY he made a scandal in front of all guests to support the table next door that was one very unpleasant moment it could have acted with more tact...... we are on the same basis!!! … It is a pity because the restaurant and serving staff are very well, that deserves 5 star but considering this behaviour I of dishes only 3.
What it liked: Pleasant setting- Good- nice waiters.
What it did not like: UNPLEASANT attitude manager of the tables.
