Ludo, the son, catches fish from the lake, which he prepares on site, while Yannick, his brother, cooks them with passion. Closed from 30/11 to 14/02. Closed on Wednesday. Closed on Sunday evenings in the last two weeks of Nov and Feb. Vegetarian menus €34 to €52 (choice à la carte). Children's garden.

A little history...
"Les Cygnes", also called "Chez Jules" by the locals... (thanks to the grandparents Jules and Louisa, founders in 1938), 3 generations have succeeded one another, combining the profession of fisherman and the hotel business.
