DOMAINE DES BALISIERS
This estate is named after a tropical flower whose fragrance can be found in the local wines. This is the largest area of organic wines in Swiss, with 25 hectares and 13 varieties, founded in 1982 after a meeting and friendship between Gerard Pillon and Jean-Daniel Schlaepfer , wine passionates who engage in a quality without compromise (organic, hand harvesting, low yield). Success rewarded these efforts and Balisiers wines can be found on the carte of the best restaurants in Geneva. They are also exported to Europe, Asia and the United States. The Balisiers team is constantly innovating in case you are looking for something new with the aim of increasing quality. Some of its estate wine includes: black lady or white count peney, aligote or white pinot.
