Thierry Jeantet, Head Sommelier for 8 years, knows all the subtleties of wine. His interpersonal skills with the winegrowers, his knowledge of oenology and his taste for quality and good products make him the ambassador of the Châteauvieux grocery store. A merit that Philippe Chevrier very quickly recognized and from their association was born the Epicerie sur le domaine de Châteauvieux. It is with conviction and passion that Thierry describes the products in his shop: spices, mustards and vinegars but also jams, homemade chocolates, biscuits, terrines, pâtés and homemade foie gras and of course a very refined selection of wines. Geneva wines elaborated with the winemaker Nicolas Bonnet (the only one to sell in the shop in the whole of Geneva) and the winemakers of the Cave de Genève are part of his selection. In order to prolong the pleasures of Philippe Chevrier's table, the entire range of the estate's artisanal products is available in the grocery store. It is also a gourmet stopover to shop for good products.
