You don't change a recipe that works! After their establishment in Agneaux, just a few kilometers away, Séverine and Frédéric have opened a second bakery called Encas, this time in Saint-Lô. Here, they continue to develop the standards that made their first shop such a success: viennoiseries, breads and pastries are available in quantity and quality, and you can, like many others, come here to enjoy sandwiches, burgers and other lunch-on-the-go options. The opening hours are wide: you can even have breakfast.
