Fernand Léger mosaic, an allegorical mosaic on the Saint-Lô Memorial Hospital.
This unique work of art is one of the illustrations of the strong ties between the United States and Saint-Lô. If the memorial hospital was built with American funds, illustrating the will to repair the heavy destruction suffered by the city during the 1944 liberation battles, this work of art complements the whole.
