Funcionários vestidos com roupa de andar na rua e sem identificação, confundiam-se com hóspedes. Acho que nunca estive num Hotel assim.
Não está ao nível de um hotel de 4 estrelas, ficamos bastante desiludidos e pagamos 130€/noite por um hotel que não valia mais que 70€/noite.
Sugiro que a gestão avalie os seus serviços, tem potencial para ser um bom hotel, mas os serviços tornam-o num hotel mediano e por este motivo o rate é de 2 estrelas, porque pretende ser 4 mas não passa de um 3 estrelas. Espero que usem esta crítica para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes, eu não regressarei.
