A good place to try mole sauce or chili in nogada, speciality of Puebla. The reception is provided by an army of servers and waitresses who are interested in your country of origin and note it before you install. The frame is pleasant, the varied menu (salads, meat) and the desserts very colourful.

Petit restaurant typique au murs colorés. Endroit sympathique et calme pour un mole poblano excellent. A deux pas, se trouve un marché artisanal.

Restaurant historique de la ville, géré par la troisième génération de la famille. Une institution à Puebla. Tous les plats typiques de la ville sont proposés dont le fameux molle : viande de boeuf, sauce cacao sésame. Possibilité de commander les bières artisanales de la ville. Bon rapport qualité prix dans un cadre convivial.
