In a very pleasant, nicely decorated and slightly upscale setting, you'll find a mix of Spanish and Puebla specialties. The establishment also organizes workshops on local cuisine and wine tasting. A classic of the city, still as good as ever despite the passage of years.

A coffee worthy of this name. You will find the taste of a good espresso from home. A range of derivatives, such as cappuccino you can choose with aroma (amaretto, kernel…). Moka and hot chocolate.

Opened in 2014, this excellent restaurant was on a mission to push the culinary envelope around the cemita, the traditional bread roll used to make sandwiches all over the Latino continent. Here, the contemporary touch is clear, clean and precise. Mission accomplished, the chef still serves his beautiful cemitas, but also adapts and interprets the cuisine of the other Puebla: that of the mountains, the pastures, the mist, the smoke, the icy streams, the fruit, the pure air and the volcanoes.

This is a very nice restaurant founded in 1956, in this 19th century house with a nice patio. It serves full breakfasts(omelet huasteco), Puebla specialties( greenpipián , mole) and Mexican dishes(pechuga al ajillo), all at moderate prices. Very good option to taste the local cuisine, at any time of the day, and they even serve aperitifs, wines and cocktails. A traditional foundation that has evolved with the times. The setting, reminiscent of a flowery courtyard, is particularly pleasant.
