This is a very nice restaurant founded in 1956, in this 19th century house with a nice patio. It serves full breakfasts(omelet huasteco), Puebla specialties( greenpipián , mole) and Mexican dishes(pechuga al ajillo), all at moderate prices. Very good option to taste the local cuisine, at any time of the day, and they even serve aperitifs, wines and cocktails. A traditional foundation that has evolved with the times. The setting, reminiscent of a flowery courtyard, is particularly pleasant.

A nice setting for lunch. Typical dishes of Puebla  : mole poblano, mixiote, enchiladas to the three moles, served on coloured tables.

Another typical restaurant in Puebla. The specialty of the house is, of course, chalupas, corn tortillas fried with chicken and sauce go down.
