La zone commerciale du Grand But c'est un magasin Carrefour et ses galeries marchandes, le magasin d'ameublement Ikéa, un complexe cinématographique nommé le Kinépolis, un bowling, un restaurant de fast food et plein d'autres choses encore qui font que ce lieu et pour certains une attraction pour sortir le soir où les weekends. Il est donc pas étonnant que quelques fois ça bouchonne à l'entrée de la zone commerciale...
