It is the birthplace of the voivode Stepa Stepanović (1856-1929), a general already known during the second Balkan war, then victorious against the Austrians at the battle of Tser in 1914. Finally, this same general participated in the breakthrough of the Thessaloniki front in 1918, alongside Marshal Franchet d'Esperey.

This building, which is built on a hill and surrounded by hedges, is a model of the Serbian provincial house and dates from the middle of the 19th century.
