An enchanting walk in a preserved environment rich in biodiversity, to be enjoyed in spring!
The "sentier des Douaniers" (customs officers' trail) runs for some 30 kilometers along Cap Corse. It winds along the crystal-clear coastline to Centuri, via Barcaggio and Tollare. From Macinaggio, you follow the beach, then follow a rocky path with yellow markers. In just over an hour's walk, you'll reach the Genoese tower of San'Agnello and enjoy a sumptuous view of the northeastern tip of Cap Corse and the island of Giraglia. An enchanting walk in a preserved environment rich in biodiversity, a must-see in spring!

La ballade de Tollare à Barcaggio aller-retour est très facile. Elle longe la plage, passe un peu dans l'arrière-pays, nous avons croisé (en octobre) 2 personnes. Dépaysement garanti. Seul problème la ballade est très courte (même si on peut poursuivre le long de la côte et elle n'est pas toujours bien balisée par la suite) et nécessite de faire un aller-retour.
