A total metamorphosis for this beautiful establishment, practically set on the sand of Porto-Pollo. The Corrette family has undergone a complete facelift and a quality "home staging" . The first touch is beautiful and the projects to follow with attention. Mr. Jordan's professional welcome. The restaurant is not to be outdone thanks to the great Alexandre, a self-taught and competent cook!

Had an amazing dinner here during sunset. The quality of the food was top notch, fresh and delicious. I recommend the squid and salmon in entrees ! Perfect for sharing

Wir waren als kleine Motorradgruppe dort und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, prima Frühstück. Dies ist durchaus ein Geheimtipp im Süd-Westen von Korsika. Vielen Dank an das Team l'Escale und hoffentlich auf bald wieder einmal.

Très joli hôtel de bord de plage. Tout est simple, évident, agréable, la terrasse impeccable , le service charmant, et l’assiette excellente. On sent l’attention portée, le souci de la qualité, aussi bien pour l’hôtel que le restaurant. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande

nous avons passé une nuit super dans cet hôtel ,les pieds dans l'eau !
