The hotel was very clean and the room was very clean. After a recent and complete renovation, it was the turn of the Joa Counter to know some changes with the arrival of a new chief and a redesigned map. What does not change is the framework blending nature with a splendid park, and architecture, with a room with design lines and a warm atmosphere. Nor is it the pleasure that you have to find yourself around a well-placed table before or after having tried the casino luck. Finally, what does not change is the kindness of reception and service by a staff who really cares about our well-being. On the kitchen side, the buffets are still there (salad bar, sausages, quiches…), but the dishes are more daring, while respecting the quality of the products. Well-stocked bistro dishes: Caesar Salad, burgers, beef tartar, knife or ceps aux. Dishes more refined in slate: a acidulous tuna tartar, a velvety butternut éclats of roasted hazelnuts, espuma nut espuma. To follow, a grillé swordfish or a suprême of crayfish birds, jus juice. To finish with the dessert buffet or a incontournable grill at Chartreuse. Interesting wine list to make fun in all colors and even champagne to celebrate… everything you want!
