This small bush village, located about fifty kilometres south of Tambacounda, near the Diambour forest, is especially appreciated for its camp, installed in an exceptional setting. It can be an excellent starting point for visiting the Niokolo Koba park. It is also a place of passage in the direction of the Bassari and Bédik countries. This traditional village is crossed by the Gambia River, where it happens that hippos come to take their bath under the curious eyes of early risers. A magnificent spectacle! One can also observe many species of birds, some baboon families and warthogs.
