Built in 1888, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Délivrance is one of the oldest in the country. A major Catholic pilgrimage site (particularly on Pentecost weekend), it bears witness to the strong Catholic presence on the Petite Côte. It is home to the Black Madonna, blessed by Pope John Paul II in 1992. Since 2023, a more modern circular sanctuary has been built a little further along, with seating for up to 500.
