Here’s a stopover that lives up to its name: a pretty house in light tones, an absolute must along the coastal road. Le Pont Bleu, as it’s called, is run by Christine and Franck Leboucher - the latter of whom is a master restaurateur - and offers a delicious cuisine based around seafood. From pan-fried sole meunière with rosemary to the heart of fillet cooked with foie gras, everything is fresh, homemade and efficiently served, with value for money to say the least. Be sure to make a reservation!

Der Standort und die unscheinbare Fassade des Gebäudes lassen einfache Mahlzeiten vermuten. Völlig überraschend genießt man hier eine Auswahl lokaler Spezialitäten, aromatisch und frisch, die exzellent zubereitet sind.
Beim ersten Besuch kosteten wir das "kleine" Menü. Es war so überzeugend, dass wir beim nächsten Mal das große mit Hummer nahmen. Einen Hummer wie hier, auf den Punkt gegart, sodass er sich fast von allein aus der Schale löst, begleitet von knackigem Gemüse, an einer Sauce, die ihresgleichen sucht, muss man lange suchen. Ein glücklich machendes Geschmackserlebnis!
