Since 1953, Cidrerie de la Brique has been producing a cider of character, faithful to Norman traditions. Taken over by François Calandot, this family-run cider house produces 100% pure juice cider, unpasteurized, with no added sugar, and a clean, fruity taste. It also produces apple juice, perry, pommeau and other local specialties. Quality is the order of the day, with a gold medal awarded at the Concours Général Agricole 2025. There's a store on site where you can taste and buy the whole range. Tours are offered on Thursdays in July and August, by prior arrangement.

Pas encore eu la chance d’aller à la propriété mais j’achète le cidre en 33cl en supermarché : idéal pour l’après-midi ou l’apéro (ni trop sec ni trop sucré mais bien du béer comme tcheu nous !). Et puis il m’évoque le 1er confinement lors duquel je m’étais fait livrer quelques dizaines de bouteilles de 33cl sur Paris. Pour oublier ….

Super accueil et superbe visite. Commercial au top, qui nous a fait visiter toute la cidrerie alors que ce n'était pas prévu. Très agréable et souriant, on a pu découvrir le processus de fabrication de A à Z. Toute la famille était ravie. Nous avons dégusté et testé plusieurs spécialités et sommes répartis avec de nombreux produits. On fera la pub de cette cidrerie, une fois de retour en région parisienne, c'est certain. Je recommande. Merci encore. ????????????
