For all those who like caracoles other than in praline, here is a breeding farm for the French favourite gastropod: the snail. And if we want to be precise, they are lung gastropod molluscs! A very complicated name for an animal that we have always come across on our paths. And yet Fabien Lesaffre has been breeding his little animals since 1995! At his home, everything is done to make the snails feel at home. Visiting the premises allows you to learn more and more about these molluscs, from breeding to tasting.
