Various parks in a remarkable museum in Prince George, an address to explore by train.

The focus is on First Nations. Prince George has more than 120 parks, most of which are connected to each other by the Heritage River Trails (total 11 km). Fort George Park is the point of departure and arrival: with its 36 ha, it was first a fur trade site. Don't miss the Cottonwood Island Nature Park: sediments from the regular flooding of the Nechako River have formed this island, which bleaches in summer because of the cotton.
