KAHANA BEACH

Not easy to access, because of the apartments just in front of it which tend to monopolize the beach. As a result, the general public access leads to a creek full of stones and you have to walk along it to reach the fine sand beach. The nearest parking is at Pohaku Park. The advantage is that it is less crowded than other beaches on the coast and its length allows tourists to spread out easily without stepping on each other. The entry into the water is easy and the slope is gentle, so swimming is ideal for children.
