Hapuna Beach, located 5 minutes from Waikoloa Village, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States

5 minutes from Waikoloa Village. On Highway 19, between the 69 and 70 mile markers. Access allowed from 7am to 8pm. Supervised swimming from 9am to 4pm. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States. It corresponds to the ideal image that one has of Hawaii! Here, you can swim in peace because the waters are very calm. In winter, they get a little more agitated, for the greatest joy of boogie-boarders! Very good spot for snorkeling. On the spot, cafés allow to eat, toilets, showers, family beach par excellence.

Belle plage certes ; très (trop) carte postale : sable blanc, quelques cocotiers... mais l'entrée est payante (US$ 5) alors que tant d'autre sont gratuites et tout aussi bien équipées (douches, WC).
Un avantage est effectivement la possibilité de baignade avec un océan peu agité.
